Not at all. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re just getting started or already train regularly. You work at your own pace and build confidence as you go.

Every class is designed to be challenging, enjoyable and suitable for a range of abilities.
Absolutely. Many of our members started with no previous experience. Our coaches will guide you through the sessions and make sure you feel comfortable from the beginning.
Our boxing classes focus more on technique, fitness and pad work, while HIIT and circuit sessions are more cardio and conditioning based. Strength sessions focus on building overall strength and fitness. Each class offers something different, which keeps training varied and enjoyable.
Yes. All of our classes can be adapted for different fitness levels, so beginners never feel left behind and more experienced members can still challenge themselves.
Yes. We run dedicated kids and teen boxing sessions in a safe, supportive environment. These classes help improve fitness, confidence, discipline and coordination while making training fun and engaging.
Just wear comfortable training clothes and bring water. If you have boxing gloves, feel free to bring them, but if not, we can help you get started.
That depends on your goals and schedule. Some members come once or twice a week, while others train more regularly. We’re happy to help you find a routine that works for you.
PowerBox is based in Elmers End, Beckenham, with members joining us from Bromley, West Wickham, Croydon, Shirley and the surrounding areas.
We focus just as much on the atmosphere as we do the training. Our aim is to create a place where people feel comfortable, supported and motivated — whether they’re here to improve fitness, build confidence or simply enjoy training with like-minded people.
